Returns Policy

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your goods, however if this is not the case and you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange provided that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery and that you have not breached your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

We will refund all monies paid by you for the goods in question (excluding the original delivery charge where applicable). This will be paid back to you in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of your order being accepted, provided that the goods are returned and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for the return and you are liable for all costs in connection with the return. Exceptions to this are where we have inadvertently supplied the wrong item or the item does not specifically match the description on our web site.

If you require us to collect the goods you will incur a charge of a minimum of £20.00 that is required to be paid in full prior to any collection or this will be deducted to the refund amount.

For further details please contact us on 01803 659465.  Any items ordered specifically or produced on order to your specification, for example made to your requirements, design or measurements, cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is accepted. In this case, after you have placed the order you will have entered into a binding contract to buy the item, and because side item or items is being made to your specification you will not be able to cancel that contract. Once the goods have been delivered you can only return them if they are not of satisfactory quality or reasonably fit for the purpose and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction.

Returns Policy - damaged or faulty goods

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your goods and we make every effort to ensure all our goods are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied because they are faulty or not as described, we will be happy to accept a return from you. We request that you notify us in writing, by telephone or by email to explain your concerns and arrange a suitable collection date. We will then confirm the collection date by email and arrange collection of the item. On receipt of the returned item and verification of your concerns, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item at your instruction. Disputed Delivery

In the event of a disputed delivery we will refer to tracking services offered by the shippers. If we have a 'Proof Of Delivery' from a carrier or a verified delivery notification provided by the Royal Mail as part of their track and trace service, we accept no responsibility for the loss of an item. In these circumstances the item will have to be purchased again. If following this the originally delivery is found, we will provide a refund upon receipt of the items in original sellable condition. Return of the item is at the cost of the buyer.
