Apollo 45681-508 Series 65 Detector Base - Relay (12V)

Apollo 45681-508 Series 65 Detector Base - Relay (12V). A version of the standard Series 65 detector mounting base, but including a relay that operates on 12volts DC. This makes it very handy when used as part of an intruder alarm system for triggering other devices, such as a fire curtain.

For fire systems a jumper on the PCB is fitted to a ‘latching’ position. For security systems the jumper is moved to another position so that the base is ‘non-latching’.
